Stages of work
Stage 1
Meeting: Here we meet with the decision maker of the family and gather details about profession, stay duration in the present house, details about any structural changes/renovation done since shifting, the current problems of family and pain areas and understand it parallelly with map, horoscope and prakriti analysis. We also explain the details of process of 7 highly effective Mahavastu remedies, delivery of 6 levels of professional Mahavastu advice and scope of work. We prioritize the concerns and define level wise working and remedies executions in timeline.
Week 1
Stage 2
Preparation: It includes survey of plans, horoscope making, preparation of preliminary audits and markings based on concerns before advisor’s site visit. Survey: Mahavastu surveyors who are specially trained take a visit of your house for preliminary observations with interior layouts of home surrounding, measure plot dimension, make accurate building plan with interior layouts, check out the facing of plot and building, record accurate degrees for direction, position of panchtatva within and outside the building. All these helps in deciding most effective and practical mahavastu remedies without any constructional changes.
3-5 Days
Stage 3
Site Visit: It includes observations, prakriti analysis, Astro-swot analysis, 16 Mahavastu zones, bar chart, Marma and Devta are taken. Level-wise advice and remedy implementation is planned after the visit.
Stage 4
Audit/Observation: In this stage, Soil testing, earth contour, road positions, surrounding buildings are analyzed from vastu perspective and essential mahavastu solutions are suggested/implemented to enhance pulse and positive energy of land/space. Simple yet effective mahavastu remedies are suggested or implemented by mahavastu team for quick relief/diluting the problem along with balancing building for five elements.
Stage 5 (Level-1)
Quick Mahavastu Remedy: Inlets (Entrance, pipeline etc.), outlets (sewage lines, toilets,Exits) & balancing treatments (color and metal strips, panchtatva balancing) are implemented. Implementation of correct remedies should be ensured within 10 days of visit. Followup and result is being observed after 3 weeks of remedies implementation and simultaneously level 2 working is initiated.
Week 1
Stage 6 (Level-2)
Activity and Utility Balancing: MahaVastu based Remedies are suggested for Key Activities including Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Area, Bathrooms, Staircase, Mandir, Study Area, Washing Area & Utilities include location of kitchen hob, gas cylinders, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, water filters, washing machine, important cabinets, inverter/ generator, Solar panel, UG/OTG watertanks, water boring, earthing borings, Server room, servants' toilet and landscape areas.

Stage 7 (Level-3)
Objects and Remedies: Interior Decoration (Colour, Shapes, Murals, Landscape) MahaVastu analysis location of Place of pooja, religious paintings, collage of family and ancestral photographs, religious books, work related books and papers, certificates and trophies, important files and safe, medicines, bar, pool table, yoga room, musical instruments, library and shoe rack. These all can influence a particular area of your life according to Vastu. Relocation is suggested for safe, important files, jewellery, money, study, books, computers, photographs, shoe rack, plants, pets, bar, bar storage, TV, games and other electronic gadgets, paintings, sculptures and wall mounts, Home decor objects, certificates, Pitra photos, god/ goddess photos, storage, mats and wall clocks. If relocation is not possible, negative influences are blocked with remedies. Colors and shapes in floor, walls, paintings, murals and sculptures in 16 directions are critically analyzed to maintain balance of Panchtattva, for an energetic and positive environment at home to achieve everyday harmony. MahaVastu Relocation, 2D, 3D or Other Remedies Suggestions are also given for Vastu Perfect paintings and sculptures.

Stage 8 (Level-4)
SWOT and Astrovastu remedies for acheiving life goals: Essential Astro MahaVastu remedies are suggested/ implemented by MahaVastu team in 2-3 phases after every six weeks. This ensures that negative planets in your horoscope will not be problematic during their MahaDasha and AntarDasha periods. Placement of major Activities i.e. Bedroom, Safe & working Office is suggested based on Janampatri & AMRC Audit.
