Stages of work
Stage 1
Intuitive audit and tool scanning: Land energy audit and scanning to check if any form of energy is present (Shakti or Ashakti), energy is Daiviya or Aasuri, land has rajsik/satvik/tamsik energy.
Stage 2
Purpose analysis: Understanding the purpose for which the land will be used, and if the land energy supports the purpose of the property.
Stage 3
Bhoomi dosh check: Presence of calcium, water veins, minerals, coal, bones, crystals etc. inside the earth in that area that create Bhoomi dosh.
Stage 4
Vastu soil testing:
It is to check the suitability of soil for construction.

Studying earth contour and land tilt
Stage 6
Plot facing and positive entrance analysis: According to Vastu Shastra, plot is gridded into 16 zones for facing analysis and further divided into 32 entrances for finding the presence of positive entrance and its marking for main gate/door construction.
Stage 7
Road positions and road hit analysis.
Stage 8
External area check and its impact analysis: Detailed observations about property particulars and surrounding areas like presence of water bodies, temple, high tension electric pole, sewage area etc. will be analysed and their impact and remedies will be suggested.
